Poppy is a pastry caterer located in Missoula, MT. Poppy bakes special occasion treats for weddings, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, and holidays. You can find Poppy at the Clark Fork Farmer's Market serving cakes, croissants, toasties, hand pies, and vegetable tarts from May through October.

Poppy believes in deliciousness, nourishment, and sustainability. During the growing season, Poppy selects produce directly from growers. Poppy uses only locally-sourced dairy and eggs, and works with fresh, local flours whenever possible.

Poppy is owned and operated by Jenny Fawcett. Jenny trained as a baker at the Polebridge Mercantile, a famous bakery and bodega sandwiched between Glacier Park and the Flathead National Forest. Jenny continued baking at Burns St. Bistro and Black Cat Bake Shop, and in 2016, became the pastry chef at Masala in downtown Missoula. For Jenny, Poppy represents the culmination of a decade of pastry cooking in diverse kitchens, and is the outlet for her creativity.
